Add another raster layer, name this layer String

Using your draw tool set to point to point, line width 2,
Draw a line from the top of your Initial letter to the spider

Duplicate this layer and then hide the original

Move your spider layer to the top of the layer palette
Your layer palette should look like this

Activate each visible layer and add a drop shadow using the settings below

Merge visible and save as image 1

Undo Merge

Now you are going to have to move your snail around your name in
6 moves including the one you have already saved ...

So

Lets move the snail along the top of our letters

Now activate the spider layer

Move your spider up the string making sure you can't see any string
below him.

Merge visible and save as image 2

Undo Merge

Move the snail along the top of your letters

Activate your spider layer

Move the spider up the string

Then with the selection tool set at rectangle, Feather 0
Select the string showing below the spider

Making sure your string layer is active, hit delete once on your keyboard

Merge Visible and save as image 3

Undo Merge

Move the spider up the string again ... making sure not to move it
right up to the top.
Delete the sting showing below the spider again as above

Hide your copy of snail layer and activate the original snail layer.
