Click inside his head with the magic wand and floodfill with #FFFFFF Float then apply this cutout Vertical 0 Horizontal 0 Opacity 70 Blur 6.0 Colour #808080 Floodfill the body with the same colour and apply the cut out again changing the blur to 23.9 Click inside all the pieces of his scarf and floodfill with #DF0140 Float and apply this cutout Vertical 0 Horizontal 0 Opacity 50 Blur 10.0 Colour #000000 Click inside the ribbonn of the hat and floodfill with the same colour as the scarf Float and apply the same cutout as above, changing the blur to 3.0 Click inside the top and bottom of the hat and floodfill with #000000 Click inside his nose and floodfill with #FC8D4A Float and apply the above cutout Add a few black lines along the 'carrot' nose !
