VM Distortion Filter - You can find it HERE
Open a new canvas size 500 x 500 - You can always crop and resize later
Flood fill with white
Set your foreground and background colours to #BB0000 and #FC0000
Open your tube and add to your canvas as New Layer.
Rename this layer Rose
Duplicate this layer then hide the duplicated layer.
Make your Rose layer active
Resize by 75%
Apply the Visual Distortion Filter - Radial Pox - Default Settings
It should look like this
Lower the opacity on this layer to 60
Unhide your duplicate rose layer and resize by 75%
Move this over to the left hand side of your canvas
Add a drop shadow using these settings
Set your font to - size 48 - Vector checked (You may need to change these settings depending on the font you use)
Push the sides of your name in slightly so that they are only just
overhanging the background
You can see below the amount I changed mine
Right click on this layer on your layer palette and change
to Raster layer
Rename this layer Name
Add a bevel using these settings
Add a drop shadow using the above settings
Repeat the drop shadow again
Move your text and rose to a position you are happy with on
your canvas
