Supplies Needed
Paint Shop Pro - You can get a trial version HERE
My Clown Tube and accessories - You can download HERE
Broadway Font - You can download it HERE
No Outside Filters are used in this Tutorial
Open all the images from the zipfile onto your workspace and minimise until you need them
Open a new canvas size 500 X 500 - You can resize later.
Floodfill this layer with White
Open your clown tube, copy and close the original
Add as new layer to your blank canvas and move over to the left to allow room for your text
Resize by 75% > all layers unchecked
Add a drop shadow using these settings
Open your small pattern fill tiles onto your workspace
Set your Foreground as null
And
Your background as pattern
Use the tile as the pattern fill keeping the size at 100
Open your Broadway font > Size 48 > Vector checked
And type your text
Using the nodes pull the text up until it is almost level with the top of the clowns ruffle
right click on this layer in the layer pallette and convert to raster layer
Rename this Layer Text
Effects > Inner Bevel
Using these settings
Then add a drop shadow using the same settings as above
Hide your background layer and merge visible
Rename this layer Clown 1
Duplicate your Clown Layer and rename Clown 2
Hide Clown 1 and activate Clown 2
Zoom right in on the mouth of the clown
Then
Grab your clone tool
Using these settings
Right click just to the left of the mouth on the skintones
Then
Left click to clone this colour over the mouth.
Do the same on the other side until your clowns lips look like this
If you're not happy with your result, just undo and clone it again
Hide Clown 2 and activate Clown 1
Merge visible and save as image 1
Undo Merge Visible
Make sure Clown 2 is still hidden and Clown 1 is the active layer
Open the heart tube and add as new layer
Add a drop shadow using the above settings but change the colour to red
Move this layer to the top left hand side of the clowns hat
Merge visible and save as Image 4 (Yes 4 ... lol)
Undo Merge visible
Make sure Clown 1 is active and Clown 2 still hidden
Duplicate your heart layer and resize by 75% > all layers unchecked
Rename this layer heart 2
Move this into place just below Heart 1 and slightly to the right
Hide Heart 1
Merge visible and save as Image 3
Undo Merge visible
Hide Clown 1 and activate Clown 2
Duplicate your heart 2 > Resize by 75% > All layers unchecked > Rename heart 3
Move this heart below heart 2 and slightly to the right
Hide Heart 2
Merge visible and save as Image 2

Open Animation Shop
Open your animations wizard and follow the instructions
Change the frame speed to 45 and add your images 1 to 4 in
ascending order
Crop Your image to size then click on the first frame to highlight it
Right click > Frame properties > Change speed of this frame to 250
Go through the optimisation Wizard keeping the default settings
