Open a new canvas size 500 x 500 - You can always crop and resize later
Flood fill with white, rename this layer Background
Open your Pattern Fill and Clown Tube
Add your clown to your canvas as a new layer and name it Clown
Resize by 50% - Resize all layers unchecked
Move the clown over to the left hand side of the canvas
Set your Foreground to #CC3607 and your Background to pattern

Set your font tool to Impact or your choice of font > Size 72 > Vector checked
Type your name
Place the bottom of your text level with the clown's feet
Using the vector nodes, pull your name up until it is above the point of the clowns heart
Move it in slightly so it is tall and narrow
Right click on this layer in your layer palette and Convert to Raster Layer
Apply an inner bevel using these settings
Colours > Adjust > Brightness/Contrast
Brightness -20 Contrast 20
Drag this layer below the Clown layer
Hide your background layer and merge visible
Rename this layer clown and duplicate
Rename the duplicated layer Clown 2
Hide Clown 2 and activate your Clown layer
DSB Flux > Blast
Use these settings
DSB Flux > Blast
Use the same settings only this time change the direction (arrowed) to Right
Repeat again for Upwards and Downwards
Colours > Colourize
Hue - 6 Saturation - 250
Your canvas should now look like this (Mine has been resized for faster loading)
Resize this layer by 95% - Resize all layers unchecked
Lower the opacity on this layer to 40
Unhide your Clown 2 layer
Add a drop shadow with these settings
Make sure that all layers are active and resize all layers by 75%
Crop your image to size at this stage
Use your Zoom Tool to zoom in on the heart
With the Lasso Tool set to Freehand - antilias Checked - Feather none
Carefully select the heart
Either double click or right click to end the selection
Click inside the selection to 'Float' it
On your layer palette right click the floating layer and promote to layer
Rename this layer Heart
Merge visible and save as Image 1
Undo Merge
Make sure your Heart layer is active
Gregs Factory Filter > Spotlight
Use these settings
Merge visible and save as Image 2
Undo Merge and Spotlight
Make sure your Heart layer is active
Reapply the Spotlight filter with the above settings only this time change
the size to 150
Merge Visible and save as Image 3

Open Animation Shop
Open the Animation Wizard and follow instructions onscreen
Change speed setting to 15
Add your images 1 - 3 from wherever you saved them, making sure you have them
in ascending order
Hit finish
And
Voila
You have a new signature tag
